Returns & Exchanges

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak there will be delays in response times. Please direct your questions through email as much as possible. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Purchases can be returned within 30 days of proof of purchase. After the 30 day return window has passed, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Slowliving Lifestyle does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. Email customer@slowlivinglifestyle with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Customer Care team receives your email, they'll email you with the next steps. 

Your items are mailed back, in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for a monetary refund back onto the original method of payment within 45 days of delivery (based off the tracking number).

A customer returning a purchase is responsible for paying return shipping/mailing costs. If a customer is returning an item because it arrived damaged, or because the customer received the wrong item, the customer will not be charged a shipping fee.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?

All marked down items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Regular priced items purchased online with a promo code are eligible for return.

Jewelry, intimates (masks, headwear), are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

Once your return has been received at our Warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be issued. Know that our team will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Depending on your financial institution, it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund past 7 business days, please reach out to your financial institution.
