Estimated Delivery Time is 9-25 business days.
The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 5 to 7days.
We will also send you an email with your tracking number once we’ve processed your order. If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting email@example.com.
Please note that if you’ve ordered more than 2 different items, you might not get all of them at the same time due to varying locations of our warehouse partners.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following week. Slowliving Lifestyle is not responsible for any delays and/or damages caused in-transit by the postal service or customs agencies.
Our store ships to more than 200 countries. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.
The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

2. Place of dispatch
Please make sure you want the item, we are unable to support cancellations.
Buyer is responsible for address entered, we do not support address changes.
The shipping fees will be calculated in your shopping cart. The cost of regular shipping is $ 8.99.
My Order Hasn't Arrived.
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. Please understand that. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.
We request that you check some things on your end first:
Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot! I’ve done it to myself!
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!
