The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 5 days.
Please note that if you’ve ordered more than 2 different items, you might not get all of them at the same time due to varying locations of our warehouse partners.
Our store ships to more than 200 countries. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.
The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

2. Place of dispatch
Please make sure you want the item, we are unable to support cancellations.
Buyer is responsible for address entered, we do not support address changes.
The shipping fees will be calculated in your shopping cart. The cost of regular shipping is 4.95$ or Free
My Order Hasn't Arrived.
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. Please understand that.But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.

Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot! I’ve done it to myself!
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!
Returns and Refunds
Purchases can be returned within 30 days of proof of purchase.
A customer returning a purchase is responsible for paying return shipping/mailing costs. If a customer is returning an item because it arrived damaged, or because the customer received the wrong item, the customer will not be charged a shipping fee.
